In our investment business, we typically look
for value creation opportunities where our competence within strategy and
management can make a significant difference. When possible, we invest in
collaboration with existing owners who want to further develop the company. In
our portfolio companies we focus on profitable growth and strengthening the
companies’ balance sheets.
We invest in companies that are facing
significant opportunities or challenges. As owners we are implementation and
execution focused. We can take on active roles where required, including
possibly interim line positions for efficient implementation of improvement
efforts.
Our investments are financed with capital
from Credo Partners’ employees and partner investors. We have established a
network of investors that have committed yearly capital of MNOK 100 to our
investments. All investments are made as separate individual investments
through special purpose vehicles, which provides flexibility, efficient use of
capital and ensures dedicated focus on each situation.
