Ai Thu supports our team in their daily work, and ensures that our office runs smoothly. She takes care of the community and plans our upcoming events and social gatherings!

Celina brings her experience from Investment banking focusing on M&A within Danske Bank. She has worked closely with management in companies across various sectors, and spends the most of her time with Mill and Q-Light.

Christiane previously worked with bond financing of commercial property and infrastructure at Pareto Alternative Investments. She brings her competence to Koble and Tellus to further develop our portfolio companies.

Gudmund is Credo's Managing Partner, responsible for Credo's overall business system and team competencies. He has his background from industry and retail at Orkla.

Hedvig manages development in our businesses, using her background as a strategic advisor in QVARTZ, and her experience from banking, start-ups and communication.

Jun manages development in our businesses, including seafood and health. He previously worked with Accenture Strategy.

Mathias previously worked as an equity research analyst at Norges Bank Investment Management and Credit Suisse. Bringing valuable experience in consumer and industrial companies, Mathias is a key member of several of our buy-and-build programs

Pål is among other things Credo's industry expert within technology and the seafood industry. He was previously a partner at McKinsey, where he co-founded their Moscow office, and has been interim CEO in several businesses.

Pål focuses on B2B companies, in particular IT-services, and has led execution of several buy-and-build programs. Prior to joining Credo he worked with infrastructure and private equity investments within the energy space.

Stian acts as the right-hand man for several of Credo's company CEOs, including in the health and FMCG sectors. Stian was previously with the Boston Consulting Group.

Søren is strong international consumer market profile, focusing on developing our companies in that field, as well as our Danish companies. He is a senior leader with background from top management at both LEGO and Mattel.

Victor is Credo's investment banker. He previously worked at Macquarie Capital, and solves our complex transactions, in addition to leading value creation programs.

Wilhelm is Credo's founder. He was previously head of McKinsey Norway, chairman of Stokke, and is our internal expert within leadership and governance
